- Start -> Run -> RegEdit
- Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\12.0\Common
- Add a new DWORD value named "RespectSystemFontSmooth"
- Set the value to 1
- Close RegEdit
- Restart Office.
